Does one or more people support me during the completion of tasks?

The strength of Aiders.es is a multi-tasking team that can simultaneously work on several of your tasks (this is the main difference between remote assistance and the employment of stationary help, eg an office assistant). This allows you to respond faster to your duties. Do not worry, we will assign one person to coordinate the tasks you ordered, which will supervise their quality, so that you do not have to repeat anything twice.

How are your work hours settled?

Our clients have access to a summary of the hours they used. The smallest unit of time used, for example, to settle simple tasks, is 30 minutes.

Does the team have experience and what does it specialize in?

Every employee of the Aiders.es team is trained in the perfect organization of time, not only for the needs of working on their tasks, but also for supervising and scheduling their clients’ dates. It is also obligatory to know a minimum of one foreign language, as well as experience in the position of customer service (preferably premium). We make sure that each person has their specialization, hence we can boast of excellent skills in data research, IT systems (especially SaaS), knowledge of diplomatic protocols, the basics of law, tourism and hospitality and foreign markets.

Will I have an insight into my tasks?

Each client of Aiders.es gets access to the Customer Portal in which 24/7 can view their tasks, order more, read comments and download files resulting from the work of the team. At any time, you have access to tasks report or number of hours used in a given month and check the status of tasks in the CRM panel.

What about tasks that require a personal presence, e.g. in an office?

We are remote assistants and, in accordance with this terminology, we help in tasks that can be done remotely – by phone, e-mail (95% of all duties). However, to meet the expectations of our clients, city assistants deal with tasks that require personal assistance. More than 25 employees are connected with Aiders.es, whose duty is to help with tasks in your city, such as picking up and delivering purchases, collecting a shirt from the laundry, making an application to the office.

Will my data be secure and what is guarantee of confidentiality?

Each contract contains a paragraph on the protection of personal data and an extensive confidentiality clause. We identify each client by number or email address. The data of our clients are protected, and any violation gives our clients the right to terminate the contract and claim their rights and redress. A cooperation agreement protects clients more than a contract of employment with an office assistant. We build strong relationships, and a sense of trust and security is the foundation of our business.

How can I contact you?

We want  that you can count on us always and in every situation – you can call the info line, send us an e-mail or text message with the content of your task, and contact us through dedicated live-chat. Each customer of the Aiders.es also gets access to the panel in which they will find all their tasks and their statuses.

What is the response time from the moment the order to execute the task?

Confirmation of the acceptance of the task should take place almost immediately (especially if it is ordered by CRM or email). It determines realization time of the task, unless the client clearly determines his deadline. In practice, very simple tasks are performed “on the spot”, medium complex tasks up to 1-2 business days, and tasks with a high degree of complexity after prior determination and estimation of working time with an assistant.
