Career of Virtual Assistant / Remote Assistant

CAREER – WHO WE ARE?
Aiders.es remote assistants are a growing, over 25-person team in the largest Spanish cities, ready to help with picking up purchases, completing tasks at the office and other tasks related to the presence in your city.

CAREER – WHERE WE ARE LOOKING:
This is remote job (virtual) but it is good when you live in those cities or close: Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Zaragoza, Málaga, Murcia, Palma, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Bilbao, Alicante, Córdoba, Valladolid, Vigo, Gijón and suburbs of those cities as well.

CAREER – WHAT YOU NEED TO DO?
We work remotely, but it often happens that we need to do something on the city, go somewhere, take the documents, wait a while in the queue. And here is the role for you now!

CAREER – HOW IT WORKS?
1. We call, send email, SMS, CRM and order you a quick task.
2. You do it (sometimes write a report on the end).
3. We settle with agreed rate.
Simple, right?

WHAT KIND OF TASKS?
We need a stamp from the Tax Office on a document for the Customer.
Your task will be to get to the place, get a stamp and deliver a document to the indicated address.
Working time: max. 2 hours

  • The client forgot to give the child a toy to kindergarten.
    Your task will be to collect the toy and deliver it to the kinder garden.
    Working time: 1.5 hours
  • The customer forgot to do shopping
    Your task will be to drive to the store and buy products according to the list and deliver them to the indicated address.
    Working time: max. 3 hours
  • A visit to the doctor.
    Your task will be to wait in the queue and save the client for a medical appointment.
    Working time: 1-2 hours.

HOW OFTEN?
Hard to say. Sometimes, can be 2-3 tasks a month and sometimes there may be a dozen tasks.

RATE?
5€ – 8€ per hour – Depends how you will help us.

EXPERIENCE:
No experience required but the ideal candidate should be:
✔ Professional, friendly and approachable.
✔ Able to work flexibly, organise and prioritise their own workload and work to deadlines whilst
maintaining accuracy and working from home.
✔ Able to communicate well both verbally and in writing in English.
✔ Able to demonstrate evidence of effective diary management and PA skills and
experience, including IT and Office packages.
✔ Able to be enterprising, proactive and use own initiative as well as being able to work in a
team.
✔ Able to demonstrate persistence and charm when dealing with colleagues and clients.
✔ Able to demonstrate high levels of integrity
